Just a number

38 today. Don't feel 38. Not really sure how 38 is supposed to act, but I don't think I act 38 either. I know I don't look it because people tell me that all the time.

I'm not really where I thought I'd be at this point in life, but I'm in a sweet spot nonetheless. Great friends, great family, great health, great future. If it all ended today, I'd enter into eternal life having lived a very full, rich, blessed, and much loved (received and given) earthly life.

Thanks to all who helped me celebrate (and continue to celebrate) with dinners at Ted's and DePalmas and who knows where else! Getting old is mmm, mmm good! I agree, Ted...Eat great, do good.
